We understand that life happens and things sometimes come up.  Communicate with us and we will do our best to work with you.  Please respect our therapists and their time, as they carefully prepare space and time for you.

 

Let us know 24 hours before your appointment if you are unable to make it.  If we are unable to fill your appointment slot, we will need to charge a $50 fee for the time the therapist set aside for you.  All clients will need to have a credit card on file in order to make appointments.

 

A no-show/no-call will result in a full charge for the missed service.
