Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
‍Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable

Single session purchases are non-refundable
‍Rescheduling is allowed with proper notice

6-month and 12-month memberships are commitment-based
‍Membership payments are non-refundable once activated
‍Unused sessions do not result in refunds
Memberships may not be paused or canceled early except under limited circumstances at Yulli’s discretion

Financing through Affirm does not alter our refund policy
Clients remain responsible for all payments owed to Affirm
Refunds, if applicable, do not cancel Affirm payment obligations

Medical or emergency exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with documentation.
